Why the First Showroom Appointment is So Important

Life has quickly changed into being more digital-based than ever, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. While it is great to have the ability to interact with our customers through emails, FaceTime, and more, it’s still so important to have at least one face-to-face meeting (or should we say mask to mask meeting? ;)) Of course everyone’s situation is different and if you do not feel comfortable leaving your home, please do not feel obligated to come to our showroom. However, if you are willing and able to visit our showroom, this can be very beneficial to the design process and here’s why.

What Happens at the First Showroom Appointment

This first appointment is intended for our designers to understand the wants and needs of your project whether it be your kitchen, bathroom, or something else! Are you interested in modern design, traditional design, or somewhere in between? Do you prefer painted or the stained wood-look of cabinets? What are you looking for in a countertop? What doesn’t function well in your current kitchen/bathroom that you are looking to change for your future kitchen/bathroom? These are all questions that you may hear at your first appointment. If you don’t have the answers to these questions right away, no problem! Our designers are here to help you understand your options so that you can have a final product that you love.

Our showroom has kitchen installments which help to really see what your options are - from cabinetry, to different types of wood, to organizational accessories, etc. We also have samples galore - from cabinet door samples, countertop samples, and hardware samples, which we can use to tie together your design to make it cohesive. While we can send you photos of any samples you need, it’s always important to see and feel samples in person to get a full understanding of the product. It’s also important to see these samples in your own spaces to see how these samples will look in your home in different lighting.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not currently accepting walk-in appointments at this time. If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of our kitchen designers to discuss the details of your projects and to browse our samples, please call 845-883-6211 or email us at info@apuzzokitchens.com today!
